8-12 p.m.             Meetings in the West Bay Room overlooking the Bras d’Or Lakes
12-1 p.m.             Delectable gourmet sandwiches with fresh fruit kabobs dipped in chocolate to revitalize!
1-5 p.m.               Golf Dundee shot gun style or Relax in the spa with cocktails around the pool afterward
5-6 p.m.               Cocktails at the new clubhouse with Rob MacLean entertaining
7-9 p.m.               Seafood extravaganza for dinner
9-12 p.m.             Learn how to square dance and shoot some pool at Chanter’s Pub

Next Day

8-9 a.m.                A hearty breakfast for the Team
9-11 p.m.             Kayak and canoe to the Island in teams to find the hidden meaning of the retreat
11-12 p.m.           Relax and clear your mind to refocus with a simple yoga/breathing session
12-2 p.m.             Energize your body with Marie’s homemade smoothies and hearty soup at a wind-down session and recap of the event’s objectives.
