5-6 p.m.              Cocktails at the Thistledown Pub with sing-along entertainment
7-9 p.m.              Seafood extravaganza
9-12 p.m.            An evening of dancing and good times with a local Cape Breton Band

Next Day

8-9 a.m.               A hearty breakfast for the Team
9-11 p.m.            Team building hike to Uisge Ban Falls
11-12 p.m.          Relax and refocus at the Spa or kayak and canoe on the Bras d’Or Lakes.
12-2 p.m.            Session recap and closing in the Conference Centre with a fabulous closing lunch
